My name is Tara Kesling and I am a Licenced Clinical Social Worker.  I have been providing Therapy and helping many different people 

 for over 30 years.

I have experience with children in special education and in the IEP process. I have worked with individuals, families, children, seniors, and couples. I am currently offering Telemental Health services to Adults.

I am a good listener, passionate about working and helping others, and will work with clients to help redirect their life to feel better about themselves, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other Therapeutic Modalities.
